Editor's review
This software converts a PDF document into editable DOC files.
Boxoft PDF to Word is a desktop application that can convert PDF files into editable MS Word Documents. The layout, images and all the formatting are retained. Thus editing the converted DOC file would be quite easy. For this purpose a well featured editor is provided. You could choose to convert the PDF document into a RTF file as well. The software tool is able to process a large sized batch at a time. Number of files in a batch could be as high as 100,000 in numbers or more. The conversion can be done in several ways. You can convert a single file, edit as necessary and take up the next file. We have talked about a batch mode already. Besides, it can handle a hot directory mode as well as a command line mode.
The editor is quite feature rich and will let you do a range of things including insert page or section breaks, change font types, font size, and font color, add graphics, page numbers, bookmarks, and hyperlinks etc. The output formats could be any one of HTML, TXT, WPT formats beside the DOC and RTF mentioned already. Printing of documents is supported through the plain vanilla printers that work with Windows. The interface is simple and uncluttered. Main set of controls are the edit controls, besides that there are just a few icons to control the operation. Whenever, you have a large set of documents to be converted to an editable form, this tool can be very useful.
